Ayrshire hospitality group to create 30 new jobs
SimpsInns, will create up to 30 new jobs in spring 2023 following the £250,000 redevelopment of one of their key venues in Irvine as they introduce ‘The Potting Shed at Si!’
SimpsInns is a family-owned business run by the Irvine-based Simpson family that already owns and operates a collection of award-winning hotels, restaurants, bars, spa, golf, and leisure activities in Ayrshire.
The group has kick-started a recruitment campaign for the new venue in Irvine, billed as one of Ayrshire’s ‘trendiest’ new meeting places ‘with a whole new vibe going on at The Potting Shed’.
SimpsInns owner Malcolm Simpson said: “Following a four-month, £250,000 makeover, we can’t wait to welcome guests to The Potting Shed and The Terrace from spring 2023.
